Richard is an accomplished and award-winning NFP CEO, Director and Chair with more than 25 years’ senior executive experience in organisations comprising local boutique teams through to more than 1,200 people and spanning all of Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
Richard has a lifetime's experience as an executive: his coaching deeply reflects this invaluable lived experience.
Richard has supported hundreds of individuals and teams in developing their leadership and personal capability. His career includes a strong focus on personal development, business development, and building diversity, equity and inclusion.
